Basically as the title says! I didn't know about them not being payed. They wernt my fault. Silly young thing i did for a girl. She recognised it as her fault and was paying the £xx a month but I've just found out she hasn't payed for months. 6+. I will be paying them myself from next month I think there's a maximum of 3 at about £10 a month maybe but anyway, as title suggests, does this hinder me being allowed into the US for 9 night in June next year?(When I'm going I understand is probbably irrelevant but just incase rule changes are upon us or something I have mentioned it!)
Thank you in advance

Won't be a problem.
CCJ's are not criminal convictions
Have a great trip!Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0 -
Thanks guys.
Is there no chance they have slapped some sort of criminal conviction down on me for 'not paying' or whatever?
And if they had/have, would it be the type of conviction they wouldn't let someone come in for 9 days for?
Obviously it's no rape or violence levels of criminality!
Thanks again in advance0 -

It's not a crime under any definition. It's simply a unpaid debt.
You have no criminal record and have not been arrested for a crime of moral turpitude. All you have is a black mark on your credit file , like millions upon millions of Americans do.
Answer honestly with confidence and enjoy your trip.
Must be 1000's ( at least) of people declared bankrupt who visit the states every year.
Stop worrying and Enjoy Vegas !!Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
I reckon there are plenty of people who get CCJ's AFTER visiting Vegas
