WARNING! IPO in firms Yes Car Credit! & Western State Motors

I have been recently contacted by Blackandwhiteinvestments who said they were refered by HoodlessBrennan offering me a very attractive opportunity in Yes Car Credit also a different company in Western State motors.
I almost invested in them but the fact that two companies were offering similar opportunities got me worried.

Its seems the FSA have a warning against them though not saying they're not legit. and HoodlessBrennan are saying categorically that they're nothing to do with them
