Best beaches on west coast of Scotland?

Spending a week in Wester Ross in March - haven't been to this area before but spent time in other areas and just love the remote, unspoilt beaches.

Was wondering if anyone had any personal recommendations for this area? We're staying on the Coigach peninsula but we have a car and would be prepared to travel a short distance - upto an hours drive which isn't that far on those roads!

All suggestions gratefully received!

Thanks

Never set foot on these beaches, but they looked beautiful:-

Years ago I came into Loch Ewe by sea and there were some terrific beaches on the right hand side as you come into the loch. Looking at the map I would think they were round about by a place called Cove on the B8057 coming from Poolewe.

Also, while you are there visit the gardens !
