nectar card

i thought nectar had an english call centre which perhaps they do but i had the most appauling conversation with them today.

i wanted a card for mr mob joint with mine. not too difficult.

however, wether she was in a call centre in india or here in the uk she really shoudlnt have been on the phones full stop.,

asking his name i told her and she then asked his surname which i told her only for her to say 'hawkins' 'hawkins' surname and first name.

what are you? thick as !!!!!!?

explained for gaes that was the surname and the first name was ******

then 'have you an email'

i lost the plot at this point and decided she c ould recall my email back to me as some kind of gibberish even though i explained its the same as my name at hotmail (she couldnt even get that right).

i await with baited breathe whether we actually get the extra necar card.
There's someone in my head, but it's not me

i agree i always get through to either a nancy or a mike which is not their real name im sure! All i asked for was some points to be credited as my card wouldn't scan in debnhams so i missed out, "mike" actually lied to me saying i had rceieved 4 points for £1 spend i explained i had spent £40 but he kept replying i am helping you.I was so exasperated at this point that i shouted at him to go back to school, learn to talk properly and i also added that i knew his name was not mike.I am not prejudiced but i just can't cope with repeating myself over and over again-i said a few words in hindi aswell that truly shut him up!

A bit rude! I'm sure it was his complete and utter fault his names Mike and he probably has a script to work to.
