Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 16 years and over, excluding employees of ALCATEL ONE TOUCH, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The promotion is being run through the ALCATEL ONE TOUCH Facebook page, and is separate to a similar competition being run by Phones4U.
3. The first competition’s prize includes; a new ALCATEL ONE TOUCH 602, plus four tickets to a VIP gig, featuring Miss Dynamite on 15th October 2011, in London. The meet & greet is subject to availability.
4. The second competition’s prize includes; a pair of tickets to the VIP gig on the 15th October 2011, featuring Miss Dynamite, in London.
5. The promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred but the winner or any guest over and above the prize offered (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation, or food and drink).
6. Proof of age may be required at the event.
7. The Competition closes at midnight, 25th September 2011.
8. For a chance to win one of the prizes, entrants should:
1. Enter their details on the relevant competition page of ALCATEL ONE TOUCH’s Facebook page;
2. submit their entry into the promotion;
3. Await response from ALCATEL ONE TOUCH via email on whether they have won a prize.
9. Entrants will be chosen at random and will receive an email message confirming whether or not they have won a prize before 11.59pm on 1st October 2011.
10. Only one entry per person, per competition.
11. All prizes will be provided by ALCATEL ONE TOUCH.
12. The prizes are subject to availability and no-cash alternatives are available and the prizes are non-transferable.
13. The winner agrees not to sell, offer to sell or use the prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prize on an internet auction site).
14. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by, and are deemed to have read and understood, these terms and conditions.
15. By entering, entrants agree that if they are chosen as the prize winner, they will allow and procure that their guests consent to the Promoter using the ntrants/the guests’ name, photograph, video, voice recording and general location for their publicity and news purposes during this and any future promotions and advertising.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that any intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright in film and sound recordings) which arise in relation to their involvement with the competition shall vest in the Promoter, and / or ALCATEL ONE TOUCH as appropriate and entrants hereby agree immediately to assign to the Promoter, and / or ALCATEL ONE TOUCH any such rights which become vested in the entrant.
17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
19. The Promotion cannot be held responsible for the failure of a third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the affect on the entrant of such failure. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any content of the prizes, nor the suitability of a prize for a winner.
20. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the court of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
