How long to send tax disc?

I renewed my car tax over 2 weeks ago and there's still no sign of a new disc in the post. How long does it normally take?

Mine took about 3 days.

I received mine with 7 days and that was over the xmas period, tax was due to run out on 31/12 and i ordered on 22/12

My OH's was two days.

I ordered my last one online on Boxing Day - not a working day - and it still arrived on the 28th December, so that was really only 2 days. Something has gone wrong here, you definitely need to give them a call.

I've just remember somthing. They sent my V5 and other information to an address that only bore a passing resemblance to my real address. How they managed to get it so wrong I'll never know. Looks like I need to sort my address info with them too.
