Energyhelpline-2 suppliers chosen, cashback received from only one
Hello. This thread is directed primarily at the energyhelpline representative.
Followed the excellent MSE advice and changed gas and electricity to two separate companies on 9th May or thereabouts.
Used energyhelpline. Site was helpful, few complaints.
Cashback arrived from one company 4 weeks ago.
Nothing from second, so I emailed energyhelpline.
No response.
This cashback transaction is handled for energyhelpline by a 3rd party. The gas supplier may not have paid up yet.
I, however, should have received a reply from energyhelpline.
