Firm in Liquidation - What are my rights?

Hi forum,
I'm after some advice?
I booked a spa day at Royal Day Spa Tunbridge Wells for my mother-in-law last year, they were so busy, she was only able to book in for Sept 2011.
It has just come to our attention that Royal Day Spa has gone bust. I purchased this deal through lastminute.com and contacted them. They said "as a gesture of goodwill" they would be willing to give me a credit for the amount paid.
My mother-in-law had a colleague who also booked this deal through a different intermediary and they have been offered their money back.
Does anyone know what my rights are here? Should I be greatful for this credit from last minute, or should I push for my cash?
Many thanks,
Nicki

Have you tried mentioning that a different intermediary is offering a full refund?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Hi, I paid using a visa debit card. I have just emailed back and stated that another intermediary is offering a full refund. Will post their next response!0
