if you dont have consent to let from yourmortgage provider, if anything happens that results in them wanting to repossess your property, then any tenant in there is not protected under the ast, its not recognised by the lender. that is why its vital for tenants to know whether their landlord has consent to let0

Are you paying a lot on little things? The odd chocolate bar, coffee, newspaper etc. soon adds up.

Considering it is pretty much well known I am registered on Ebay as a business seller on these forums and registered with HMRC as such, then HMRC are free to check my Ebay account as much as they like.
Although you might post a lot about your life and therefore feel that people should know what you do; this site has thousands of members, many of whom have no idea about your life as they don’t read your posts.
Now that you have explained to me about your ebay shop, I understand your annoyance about those who buy to sell on ebay and don’t pay their tax. In much the same way those who have paid any extra for consent from their lenders to rent out their property and also pay their taxes, will not like those who pretend they have consent to let and avoid their taxes.
I think you may just have to accept that the days of income based welfare claims being based on the same rules as the tax allowances which give a lower income, might be coming to an end for those who claim they earn less than the minimum wage for income based welfare claims like working tax credits. We still don’t know which of these proposals will become law and/or which occupations will be excluded from any new rules. Maybe childminders will be excluded or maybe they won’t but I don’t think that ebayers or farmers (which, I believe, is what the other thread started about) will receive an exclusion.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

If you find out about a pending repossession, you can go to court to ask for 2 months to be granted, but the full fixed term is not recognised if the landlord did not have permission to let the property.
Plus if you have a fixed term contract with the landlord, you will be liable for the rent until the end of that tenancy or until the property is actually repossessed: which leaves no time to find a new property (unless you can afford 2 lots of rent).RENTING?
