Absolutely fantastic understanding service and refreshing speedy email responses!
Bought a cot bed from them in December (well Granny did as a present to new baby) and stored until needed - upon opening the box found that one of the parts was damaged - now it's fair to say that we should have checked all was well when received (it even points that out on their website) but with new baby and Christmas we just got caught up and didn't get a chance (won't make that mistake again!)
Arranged to supply a replacement part with no quibbles - very understanding and we're all very grateful - prices are very good and staff extremely helpful - plus it's a small(ish) family business which I'd far rather support than some bulk buyer like Mothercare.
Would urge anyone wanting stuff for their baby to check out the site and thank Lynne and her staff for the service.
We will most definitely shop with them again!
