free solar pv installation
Has anybody heard of touch solar which supply free solar panels to your home under a 25 year lease. Savings are made by the householder only during daylight hours and the remainder of the energy is passed back to the national grid. The touch solar people keep all the proceeds of the unused energy. although there is no cost for fitting maintanence and insuring the panels i am worried if i ever want to sell my home that the lease will have to be taken over by the next tenant. I cannot afford the legal costs to have the binding contract checked over. All seems too good to be true. CAN ANYBODY HELP HERE .:j:j

average saving for a 3 bed room house with typical day time use us £70 per year - rising to £120 for a large 4 bedroom with heavy occupancy during the day.
FIT payments will be around £1500 a year to the rent a roof company.
typically a system will pay for iteself when purchased within 15 years with 2 recurrent major costs (invertor) in the full 25 years (@ 10 and 20 years) but you *should* be in prift after 12>15 years even with the replacement invertor costs.
and if you sign up to the rent a roof - the company gets all that money whilst you save £70 a year (maybe)0
