Blair Oliver Scott Debt Collectors

Options
I have been searching the web and cannot find the contact details of Blair Oliver & Scott.

I know they are owned by Halifax, but no details with them either.

Would anyone be able to help?

Thanks in advance!

It seems that that number is no longer used. And the number that they give you is for auto traders.

    Any others ideas anyone?

Try BT Directory Enquiries .... ?

Sorry, I'm struggling here. But with the address and postcode you stand a chance of tracking them down.

I know where that is and if I remember correctly that address is a Bank of Scotland building possibly a Head Office? Had a look on their website and it's not listed as a branch.
It's just behind Waverley Train Station (at the top of the mound).
One thing that I find strange is that the number is 442 for that area of edinburgh it is usually 225 or 226 so perhaps its an incorrectly listed number?

I stand corrected it appears that it is a phone number for that area of Edinburgh after all http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=0131+442+7777&hl=en&safe=off there is a few other numbers listed too, such as fax numbers, most for Bank of Scotland, who own Halifax and therefore in turn own this debt collection agency.
Hope this is of use to you.

I had a job interview at 'The bank of scotland building' in bristol once. BOS had re organized and leased the building out but the new tenants were forwarding mail. You could write to them. Might help, might not.

P.S. I find them very easy to deal with and very understanding if you are having problems repaying a debt.

i have just recived a letter from Blair,Oliver and Scott ltd, in regards to the halifax, What i do not understand is why they have contacted me, when i have recentley come to an agreement with halifax to pay £1.00 per month,Due to having serious debts, and can not afford the full payments. What do people suggest should i contact this company and explain or ask the halifax for an explination. My agreement with the halifax was made on the 9th july 2008 and will be reviewed every 3 months. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
