hsbc ppi claim

Hi im new to this site, but im finding the advice on here very helpful and im hoping someone will give me some advice on my claim. I have been paying ppi on my hsbc credit card for about 6 years, when i took my credit card out i was also opening a bank account and the sales man said i had to take protection as im a new customer so i never thought anything about it and just kept paying it. It wasnt until i seen watchdog saying people have been missed sold it i realised i may be one of them. Also i would of got 6 months full and 6 months half pay from work at the time of taking it out. So i sent my first template letter may 27th and got a reply asking me to fill in the questionaire which i completed and sent off over 5 weeks ago but havent heard anything else and this friday will be the 16 weeks deadline!!! Any advice of what i should do next would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would keep contacting them to ask for updates, or email their CEO.
