I have tried to respond to posts from a new member who appears to be having difficulties in that she thinks that she is not receiving replies when this is not the case.
Is it possible that one of admin team or one of the experts could link them together.

I know who you mean,i have had to ask the poster to keep to the same thread xxx.
When you are a newbie,you dont realise that sometimes it takes a while to get a response to a question,they probably thought if they kept asking someone would help x.0
