Just booked a flight with flybe.
HORROR when the confirmation appeared and I had booked toe outward bound flight for a day earlier than required!!!! :eek:
Phoned their helpline immediately and the helpful chap on the other end of the line saw that I had only booked literally minutes before so he changed the flight free-of-charge..........was fully expecting to be charged about £25!
