I received email as well, looks like we will be out planting them soon then.
  • I got an email too. Was expecting them later in October but this is good news. Hope they are good!
  • Just received them this morning. Absolutely miniscule. I didn't expect them to be so small. I doubt many will survive winter but will hope for the best.
  • Received mine too, disappointing :( none are more than 1cm diameter and are bulked out with really cheap varieties. Think spending the money in poundland would have been much better
  • got mine today. going to plant them on the verges down the lane. if they grow then great. if they dont then ive not lost much
find a deal....pass it on

September is the month for planting bulbs to brighten up Spring and this looks like a good offer. PlantOffers are part of Thompson and Morgan. I have purchased from this site on numerous occasions.

When you go to basket it will naughtily add £2.95 for P&P, so this is what you do:
    1) Add code DM197 in the code box at the top left of the page. This will take you to a new page entitled 'Gardening Essentials Kit & Hyacinth Midnight Mystique'.
    2) Go back to basket and the £2.95 will magically disappear!

    Enjoy!

I sent off for these and have just finished planting them all. Just been on the site again and notice there is another free offer for 135 bulbs at £4.90 postage only, but notice that the same thing is happening as before - a further £2.75 postage charge is being added to the basket. I tried putting in the code that was given before, but it isn't working. Anybody got any ideas?
if i had known then what i know now

Yes I was a bit surprised too at how small the box was - but heyho, lets hope we all get a great show of Spring flowers! :T
Actually, I didn't find poundland to be such great value, I bought a couple of boxes of daffodil bulbs and found there was only 5 bulbs in each box - so 20p a bulb not great value. :(
