They don't listen to you, ignore everything you say to extreme, are rude, seem to be able to bill you anything they like without any explanation.
They also make a mockery of their official complaints procedure.

On the whole, give a wide berth if you need any extra telecommunication 0800, 0845 or other NGN, or least cost routing for your home or business.
