watermark/copyright on photo

H,i i help my wife run a small commercial website,and someone has let us use one of their photos and i want to protect it. I'm sure i can remember a site that i've seen that you can look at unmarked photos but when you click them to enlarge they then have like a watermark to protect them.Does anyone know of the software to do this.

thumb nail for the small picture

then in photoshop add a second layer and set the transparency.

spent 3 hrs trying to get this plug in working:mad:
why is nothing easy
i presume i've downloaded the plug in (it was zipped is that normal) i unzipped it and i think there are two files and i'm sure ive put them in right folder in adobe photoelements 4 but no pop up when i work on a photo:o
time for a beer i think:T
