Yup, lots of the dirtier end of the ppc's offer self ticketing. I wonder if any ever get the money.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

But saying that anyone has the same authority to place an invoice on your car as an employee of these companies! Which is none, bit like leafleting they can do it but don't mean nothing.
Regarding the UKCPS site I see Mr Hasbeen is now discribing people as "Rogue drivers" and stating "UKCPS ethical services"
