1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via Telegraph.co.uk and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winners' names and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Telegraph Travel Singapore Airlines Prize Draw Winner, Interactive Marketing, Telegraph Media Group, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between October 12 and October 26, 2011.
4. All entries must be received by 6pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2011.
5. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
6. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
7. The winning entrant will receive the following prize:
   • International return flights for two in economy to Singapore with Singapore Airlines
   • Three nights at The Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, on half-board basis
   • All destination transfers in Singapore
   • Flights from Heathrow Airport
   • Airport Taxes
8. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and cannot be extended. The prize includes three nights B&B accommodation in a Valley Wing Deluxe Room at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, which includes daily breakfast in the private Summit Room and unlimited servings of champagne, wine, beverages and canapés in the lobby Champagne Bar. Standard booking conditions apply. Subject to availability and excludes peak periods, including Christmas, New Year, Easter and UK school holidays. The prize does not include gratuities, any additional meals, activities and personal expenses (unless otherwise specified), or transfers to London Heathrow and return. Travel insurance is not included - it is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they arrange this and have valid passports.
9. The prize must be redeemed within 365 days of the end of the competition.
10. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
