Hi All
This is my first post. I am just wondering if anyone can help.
I bought some taps from ibathrooms.co.uk on Sunday 11/09/11 I haven't received a confirmation email. I have emailed them asking when I should expect to receive my order the emails keep bouncing back saying that they are unable to be delivered. There customer service link on the site is all in a foreign language, there is no telephone number or address for this company either. I have just been back on the site and now there is no "shopping basket" to add anymore items.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance

http://whois.domaintools.com/ibathrooms.co.uk this gives the name and address of the site owner and hosting provider0 -
Their website states 20 yrs experience, their domain was registered 9 months ago. However this may not be their main domain, but combined with the fact the page mentioned looks french, there is no address, no telephone number, it looks very suspicious.
How did you pay?0 -
I used a credit card to pay for the goods. What should i do next?
Thanks for the reply.0 -
the site is a basic template
the Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet text is the deafult text that is on all templates and is placed their by the template developer. it is used as a guide for the site owners to place their own text. also as a UK business they must display contact details on their site0 -
the nameservers are with tsohost which is run by UK Webhosting Limited in Eastbourne with the server being housed in the bluesquare datacentre in maidenhead.
regardless a UK business must display clearly accessable contact details on their websites if they are selling from the website0 -
Will i still be able to get my money back, as i used a credit card??
Thanks for all the help.0 -
What was the value?
Don't worry about it, you should be covered by your CC company:

Thanks for all the help.
first i would write a letter to the registant of the domain (send recorded) explain what you ordered and when and how much you paid and ask then to have the goods deliver in say 7 days or issue a fully refund or you will issue a chargeback.
also just noticed his site is not secure (no SSL certificate) so any details you gave over the site CC number etc. will not have been encrypted.0 -

I totally agree the internet law states it must have a contact number.
I would wait as it has only been 2 days, however inform your credit card company of the website as it does not at present conform to uk standard0
