Not sure if this is right place to post, but does anyone know how I can remove oil from my drive way thats leaked from my old car ???

I saw some stuff in one of them Betterware catalogues for removing oil from concrete etc.

WD40 works to get rid of oil stains.

You should sprinkle cat litter on it as soon as you spill it. The longer you leave it, the less likely the stain will come out.

well its been there a few months now so even if i did have cat litter it would be to late lol.

Gunk driveway cleaner, available from most motor factors.

Gunk as recommended above will do the job. Alternatively you can get various enzyme based cleaners from the likes of Halfords - I find these work quite well.

Cheap coca-cola from tesco (other supermarkets are available) pour that on and it should clean it.

Fairy liquid works well with a pressure washer although if its tarmac it would have soaked in and it much harder to remove

I have a pristine block driveway which my daughter parks her heap of !!!! on. I use fairy liquid, scrub in with a stiff brush and leave it. It usually rains within a couple of days so soaks in and washes out.
