an e.mail ?
And did you sign in via this e.mail ?
if so you have just been phised
Log in via www.paypal.com and check again, DO NOT CLICK THE LINK, TYPE IT IN TO THE ADDRESS BAR OF YOUR BROWSER if it was a fake, change your passwords pronto, if it is legit and they have scammed you call the bank emergency fraud number and report it with the account details registered on paypal.
I will give you some good advice, paypal dont care and if you wait until they do the money will be long gone.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I'm with vax, that sounds awfully like one of the common paypal phishes.
OP, change every password you can immediately, including your email one and then go and check your paypal account again. Get those passwords changed immediately though.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I know it's not a phone call, but do this anyway....Do whatever you can to bring your account to the top of the list with them.To report unauthorised use of your PayPal account, follow these steps:!

i spoke to paypal and have reported it as unauthorised, i am so worried0
-
If you have spoken with them, then theres not much more you can do until they investigate.
Go over to the techie forum and get the pc geeks to help you sort out your pc. Anything that has a password, make sure it's changed, as I said, from another pc if possible. Each log in should have a different password.
You have done all you can, so just thank goodness you saw it now and not in two weeks time. Please let us know how you get on.0 -
