warm front grant...

hi i am looking for anybody who had a warm front grant and had the system fitted by harland rise,
i had a system fitted in january 2007 because we had no heating of any kind and a baby of 4 months and a girl of 6 i am very greatful for this grant cos we couldn't have afforded heating otherwise, however we now have problems because our system has gone wrong and we are strugling to get anybody to fit it because tit is fitted so badly, to the point that one plumber came out looked at it and told me he felt it was so bad it may be illegal, i have contacted the warm front and have been advised to get an independant plumbers report then to send it to them for futher investigation, i have tried to ring harland rise also and the number is not recognised my question is are they still trading and has anybody elae had any problems with them??

some installers that WF used back in 2007 they no longer use now,even if they are still in business i doubt theyd be interested
as it was installed by a company acting for WF and WF should have inspected the job after it was done i suggest you do as they say and get an independant report asap
if you get no joy from WF after that then contact your MP for help0
