How to tell if a lock is 5 lever mortice deadlock

On the external doors on our current house I am trying to find out what type of locks have been fitted - how can I tell if a lock is a 5 lever mortice deadlock or indeed any kind of deadlock?
The lock has a handle and "Yale" key slot on both sides - to lock I have to lift the handle upwards which then engages two "bolts" which go into the door frame (one at the top and one at the bottom). When I then turn the key a further bolt goes into the frame near the handle.
I have had a really good look at the lock and cannot see any marks or names etc on it and the front edge of the lock is hidden behind a metal strip which runs the full height of the door and has those weird screw heads which I don't seem to have a match for so I can't easily get it off.
Is there any easy way to tell the lock type? The house is a "new build" from 2006 from George Wimpey - the documents they gave are generic and talk about all the possible lock types without actually specifying which one we got!
Thanks
Jason

Notice the keys & no handle.
You can get them with handles but I have never seen one.
The same as I haven't seen one on a plastic door. Only wooden ones. Not Again0 -
Thanks for that - the door is wooden but the lock looks nothing like that and the keys are different as well, does that mean it cant be a 5 lever mortice deadlock then?
I just took a picture, not sure if it helps or not!

yours is a simple cylinder lock.Get some gorm.0 -
You haven't got a 5 lever dead lock. Infact you don't have any dead lock at all. What you have is a eurolock activating a multipoint locking system.
If you need to know for insurances, just tell them you have a multipoint locking system which they will accept in lieu of a 5 level dead lock.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
What you have is something like this

It has a Eurocylinder (key hole) & should be multipoint locking. Count the bolts on the side of the frame. Mostly put on upvc doors. Not Again0
