I'd try Vauxhall Motors UK first if I were you, you'll get a more sympathetic response from the top brass if you still have no joy, otherwise they'll only send you back down to the area boss or something.

VX Max is the VX Customer sevice guy who pops up on the CAG site. Not sure if he is on here as well but if you start a thread detailing your probs and make sure you emphersize it's a VX problem, he is bound to see it. Or you could do a search for him and send him a PM. They are keen not to have a bad image on public forums and to be honest, VX issues on CAG seem to be on the up.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only.
