We always stay in the Cliffs Hotel at Blackpool, which is clean and good value with excellent food. this is on the North Shore but the same group own the Viking near the BP, it`s for adults only though.0

What about the big blue hotel at the pleasure beach...that's quite newly built and has plystations and other things like that..can't get any nearer than that0

Try the Norwood Hotel - it is the best in Blackpool (and very cheap) according to the reviewers on trip advisor.
We tried to book for any weekend when the illuminations were on but it was fully booked for the whole duration, so it must be good .
It get's 5 out of 5 on trip advisor - I'm sure you will want to book it when you read the reviews.0 -
Can Any 1 tell me a cheap b&b to stay at blackpool for 3 nights for 4 people from march 2nd to 5th Thanks0

I'd recommend the Windsor and Westmorland Hotel, ask for Alan French when you ring they have just been refurblished, very reasonable prices. I work for a coach tour operator and we use this hotel and are yet to have any complaints! The phone number is 01253 351 907. Hope this helps!0

Hiya, We always rent an apartment....works out much cheaper. We only paid £98 for four of us for 4 nights and the apartment was beautiful....loads on the internet too especially at this time of year!Whenever I'm caught between two evils, I take the one I've never tried......0 -
We stayed at the Norwood, its was about £35 a night, it is the number one hotel on trip advisor! Service was wonderful for a B and B and the room was clean and bed comfy!
Only downside is the shower was not very powerful and was cold- not sure why!Competition Challenge 2007 - Win your internet fees back in prizes = £349.87/£1560 -
Just reading the Norwood reviews on Tripadvisor - and they are mostly good. However, the management response to the couple of bad reviews would put me right off! What's wrong with calmly correcting a few misconceptions? I've noticed this a lot on there - it's as if the management fire off an email without reading it through...All our second floor rooms are NOT up in the loft or tucked away into the eaves. We have a nice big loft in which we use for storage like thousands of other people. DONT YOU!!!Our Hotel policy is that we ask all our guests if everything is fine with the room. If the answer is no we will do everything we can to help change things to make it better for our guests, But if they reply with a lie after being asked the question then there is not much we can do !!!
Multiple exclamation marks don't make the point any clearer, they just make the whole post seem like a rant!(!!!)
