I need a phone line and broadband connection for a shop I am taking over. Talktalk seems to have a very good business package at £25 per month for unlimited calls and line rental. However it would still be cheaper to have their domestic package. Do I have to sign up as a business and are there any advantages to a business plan.

Business premises equals business packages.

Make sure you check out all available companies.

As TalkTalk Residential is a residential only service this would not give the relevant support to reflect the operation of your business.

It is for this reason we operate TT Business separately to TT Residential. As such if you have requirement for a business line a residential service would not be suitable.

IIve been trying to sign up for the Talktalk business broadband and phone package that is listed on Uswitch, The deal is free router, unlimited landline calls and free line rental, free online security license and support, all for £25, but when iI click buy now it won't take me any further than the forwarding page. Can you tell me if this offer is still available, because its a really good deal!

I'm with Talk Talk for home and up to now have not had problems, but having looked at all those bad reviews, I had a look at some other options. The trouble is they all get terrible reviews! XLN seem the worst, but I was initially hopeful of Primus, but again awful review online. BT are really expensive. At the moment I'm looking at plus net, who seem to have good customer service. Does anyone have experience with them?

As previously advised we do operate the TT Residential and TT business products separately to reflect the differences in the two customer bases.

The Online Community Department present here on MSE only have access to resources relevant to TT Residential service.
