Terms and Conditions
1. The first prize consists of return Eurostar train from London St. Pancras to Paris Gard du Nord and three nights accommodation at a 5 star hotel on a room only basis. The prize is for two people travelling together and sharing a standard room.
2. The second prize consists 10 x £25 Uniqlo.com vouchers
3. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
4. This free prize draw closes on 01 Nov 2011 and all entries must be received on or before that date.
5. The prize draw will take place 7 March and the winner will be notified via telephone by the 10 March 2011
6. The prize must be claimed by 01 May 2012
7. The prize is subject to availability. The promoters will book the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel, airline and/or tour operator.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
8. The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the promoter or their affiliates.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable with no cash alternative.
