Nothing will happen. You will still hear all the radio stations as you do today. FM and AM stations are unaffected.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

But wasn't there a 2105 switch off of analogue radio which will affect cars - I think this may have been delayed however

That's 96 years away, I don't suspect I'll be around then!0 -
We're in the process of a TV Digital Switch Over, which leaves AM nd FM radio unaffected.
However, the Govt wants to promote a digital Radio switchover too, and had this scheduled for 2016 or so - but latest I heard was that it has been postponed.
If they do switchover radio, then FM radio will go silent. Any device that has a radio as part of it will suddenly be carrying dead weight, and the public will be forced into disposing of a perfectly good, functional CD player, clock, mini HiFi - whatever, because the radio won't work anymore.0
