Has he actually offered, because (without wishing to be blunt) this is all a bit academic if he isn't interested in making an offer ..

Oh I know, I did say it was all hypothetical, haven't spoken to the viewer yet, I think it was just realising yesterday that we've been lied to by both estate agents, but it is basically stupidity on my part for not realising sooner that, when it comes to Estate Agents, ethics can go out the window as long as there's money to be had.0 -
Not with all EAs - however at least you're a bit more informed now on EA processes.
