the LL has reduced is claim against the deposit on one item... why are you unhappy with that ?
DPS will not review cases such as this.... I have lost money also as a LL and they will not review cases....
Move on and learn to take photos next time you move in and move out...
DPS were subsidised by Whitehdall to the tune of £20,000,000 last year because they were not making enough profit out of deposit monies held due to low interest rates. They are cheap and cheerful.0
