Went in today as two people ( one being my mum so know its genuine ) sent me fasterpayments yesterday that are not showing on my account, when in Branch was told that a few people had come in to report this but she will check the system
When she went to look me up it hung for 10 minutes before her admitting " The new system here is not working very well"
Felt a bit sorry for the staff there to be honest because it appears there are a number of teething problems at the moment
