How does it work? I just issued a claim for a non paying customer, how does the procedure work?

You need to read up on the procedure as it depends on a number of variables:

You really need to do your research before opening the claim.
If the person has no means of payment or already has CCJs against them you are probably throwing good money after bad. 'Winning' the case can be a hollow victory if you have to pay more money to try to enforce it with no guarantee of success.0
