Hi to all . Gone and got me a ticket for "parking on a red route or clearway"code 46 . Do we have a template saying your road signs have been written and set out by a 4 year old ? It was in Caernarfon Town square if anyone knows it you will know what i mean. I have ticket and some photos but ATM unable to access broken main computer with scanner etc on. Thanks in advance . I will first send a template then take it further if it goes further etc through here & pepipoo (cant remember my login will have to set a new on up)

I know Gwynedd tickets and TRO's are very often flawed, as you say post the PCN up on Pepipoo they will spot the flaws!0

I got a ticket on the 9th December, 2011 for parking by the fountain in Castle Square. I successfully challenged it at a tribunal.
They had issued the ticket under the wrong code but importantly the signage is not in accordance with Chapter 3, The Traffic Signs Manual.
They are issuing illegal tickets and hoping no one will challenge them.0 -
Get it into your local paper. Not the only dishonest council out there, though.0

What happened to the Wolves ?? I am currently collecting tickets around North Wales got a Llandudno parking Spy and a Bangor opposite spoons private. Gwynedd havent got back to me yet but will be challenging this one:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0

That's a good question Greenie ............ I am well gutted ! Y Maes is a complete puzzle to me, I keep well clear. When the Wardens were Heddlu controlled it was more relaxed. but now it's more about the money, money ! Hope you get it sorted and as of the Wolves ......We wil be back ! (I hope)
