Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Demijohn, Cringletie House Hotel and their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

3. Entrants must be over 18 to take part and to be awarded the prize.

4. Draw closes 31.10.11

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following prize: 1 x two-night stay at Cringletie House Hotel for two adults sharing a standard guest room on a bed and breakfast basis. Prize also includes a tasting menu on one evening at the hotel, consisting of a 6 course menu and coffee.

8. Prize is valid until 31.04.12 and is subject to availability. Stay not available on public holidays or during special events. Please also note that Cringletie House Hotel is closed between 7 - 27 January 2012 and closed Monday and Tuesday nights between 31 October 2011 and 28 February 2012.

9. The prize does not include any transport, spending allowance, travel insurance or any other expenses.

10. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change, and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions. Date exclusions apply.

11. The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

12. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision on 5.11.11 from all entries received and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.

14. Prizewinner will not be required to participate in publicity.

15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
