MS Word help needed

I bought MS Office at the beginning of the year and let my sister have one of the licenses on her laptop (I got 3 licenses).
Mine runs fine, but today my sister said she is having trouble with hers.
When she starts MS Word she gets this message:
Then when she clicks OK/cancel it shuts the program down and she can't use it.
I do have one license left, but have been saving it for my OH for when he (eventually) gets a new laptop.
Any ideas what is wrong with it? Can we fix it without having to use the remaining license?

According to this, you just need to run set up again

If the PC is a long way away, when you run set up, choose complete or run all from computer
Note the security advise for Macro0
