Help Please!
Hi
I've been in an IVA for just over a year now. My employer has changed my terms at work and on April 1st 2012 I have to hand back my company car. A car is essential to me as I have to travel 20miles+ to work and take kids to school etc etc. Public transport is not an option.
I am yet to approach my IVA case manager (PayPlan) but would like some suggestions on what my options could be. I have no savings and am on a v v v tight budget. The saving grace here is that I pay £90 per month for my company car and I am taxed on it too so when it goes I should be £150 per month better off. Not sure if I should go down the car lease route or attempt to get a small loan with PayPlans say so. If I cant then I loose my job and basicly become bankrupt!!
Any Help much appreciated!

I would strongly advise that you contact your case officer as soon as you can and they can discuss your options so that you can start planning.“Official Company Representative
