Yeah Op... sounds like appealing is probably best course of action.. especially if you can continue to get assessment rate while awaiting appeal (usually requires sicknotes from doctor). You'll probably quickly see advice around these threads regarding appealing if you need it. But essentially.. make sure you request copy of all the evidence used for decision and statement of reasons for that decision from DWP. Appeal within time limits... and get supporting medical evidence if you can to support your claim that various descriptors apply and that you have the health problems you do (especially if there is a question mark over whether they exist)."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0
