How do i burn VLC files!

Hi All Hope you can help me out! I have dowloaded a no of music and video files (legally!) and want to burn them off to CD/DVD. When i right click the only option on these is to play with VLC but i want to burn them. Have googled but it involves downloading software etc so thought i'd ask for some advice and…

WMP is enough for audio.
If you need something for DVD Video. DVD Flick. Be careful to remove the tick from the option to install the Toolbar.
