VW Touran Passenger door will not open

I bought a VW Touran from a (non VW) used car dealer last weekend. The passenger rear door no longer opens from the inside nor the outside. How can this be fixed? Would I be able to get the dealer I bought the car from to fix this given I've only just purchased the car?

They should repair it especially if it was working when you bought it and you have only had it few days.0
