I'm looking to buy a 22", or thereabouts, TV. I've seen a Sharp Aquos LC2D12E at £129.95 or £142.94 with 5 yr warrenty at Richer Sounds. Looks good for the price, seen some reasonable reviews. It's got built in Freeview, but would I be able to connect up my Freeview recorder to it? You can tell I'm not technically minded! Or is there anything better for around the £150 mark? Any advice welcome, thanks.

Your freeview recorder has freeview tuner(s) built in, so wouldn't need the one in the TV (although useful if you want to record 2 programs starting at the same time, whilst watching something different)
The aquos range is quite decent so looks good for the price, and 5 year warranty is cheap too and a no brainer (less faff than trying to use SOGA on them in 4 years time)0 -

He should be able to record 2 programs at the same time as freeview recorders have 2 tuners & watch TV using it's inbuilt Tuner.0
