I always thought that compressed air pushed through the vents damages the fans bearings...*_*_* Department of Redundancy Department *_*_*0

cans of air do damage computers especially as you are spraying moisture/water into the computer
take the back off its not that hard or just remove the memory and hard drive covers ,if you are not that confident
with a small posidrive screwdriver, a compressor is the best option, if you do not have one use a can of air £5 asda, but do not get too close with the straw..........take care karl x0 -
If you go to a pound shop you can buy a plastic tray (with lots of airholes) which sits underneath the laptop and has a fan attached to it which you plug into a USB port.
...which achieves absolutely nothing other than emptying your wallet if the gap between the fan and CPU heatsink is blocked.0
