Hands Up here too, fell off the wagon from November onwards, this is a recurring thing with me, really need a slap with a wet fish.
Spent £200 on CC card over Xmas, I really have no self discipline. Been reading the DFW Fly lady thread might just be what I need.
Not logged on to MSE since November, see I missed out on cheesecake too !
