Has anyone heard of this company above?
I have had an email stating they'll attempt to sell your home online for around £200?
Here's the link:http://www.urbansalesandlettings.co.uk/SellerPackages.aspx

What do you think? Worth a shot?

I'd say no, it doesn't include photos. No mention of their fee on completion either. There are better deals out there.

You absolutly need to get a solid completion fee. some now charge a set percentage of asking price regardless of sell price which is not a great idea where as some sharge the % of sell price. You also absolutley need piccies. People now do half their viewing on rightmove so pics need to sell your house.

Has anyone actually looked at more than the front page of the website?

£190 without photos, £250 with. Payable upfront, and presumably non-refundable

As an example, there's at least 3400 properties for sale in Edinburgh. This website has 2 of them.

By definition, 3398 of the available properties are somewhere else.
