I want to clean the inside of the washing machine,rubber drum area...

Hi all,
Just noticed the grey rubber drum area to the washing machine has black slimmy looking stuff in it, gave it a wipe just with cloth but has not 'all gone' what shall I use? Vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, what?
