    Hi

Yes it should be fine, sw is a great plan tbh though i found i had to cook and plan all the time , and life sometimes just doesnt allow for that, if your busy and stressed you just want to chuck something together somtimes!
  • yes but if your worried you could always pop it in the freezer for today and tomorrow & then bring it back out Wednesday morning. this way, at least it won't get wasted if something comes up.

  • My daughter and I are both on SW. I hate cooking, but she enjoys it. She works odd shifts though, so sometimes doesn't want to cook whem she gets in. Once a week, she batch cooks various dishes and then divides them into portions. She freezes them in plastic boxes with lids (I buy them 5 for 79p from Home Bargains).

As well as my daughter's cooking, our freezer is full of portions of cooked veg. I buy from the local food co-operative (£3 for a bag of veg, six types each week). I settle down in front of a film to peel, wash and chop everything. Then I steam it all and separate into food bags - one portion per bag. I also make and freeze SW chips this way.

When my daughter gets in froma shift, she just gets her meal from the freezer, adds the veg, and microwaves. It's done by the time she has had a quick wash.

Hope your son is ok x
