Hi all
Hope you've all had a good Monday! In addition to my lot above, I also did 20 mins on the cross trainer and car shared to work - I drove - so drove nice and economically at 60 to try and conserve petrol!
Yorkshire Belle -hope you had a nice time in London! How are you finding the C25K - I'm tempted but think I might die contemplating starting it!
Tebheag - hope your girl is better now
Starnac - I didn't realise you were expecting - congratulations! When are you due?
La E - have you been knitting for long? I need a winter hobby and am tempted to take up knitting - what needles would you recommend for a beginner?
Pippi - wow what a list! Did you make 'normal' pesto last week - how did it turn out and what recipe did you use, I have a glut of basil and far too much frozen!
Right, might go for an early night tonight... Well, at least will get into bed and curl up with some Greys Anatomy, and start thinking of tomorrow's list!
G'night all, see you in the morning!

I've decided I will take 2 weeks (or more) to do week 1 of the C25k because I am so unfit and tubs and ended up walking for the last bit of it (OK, most of it
) when I should have been running. Don't want to move on till I can do it all without collapsing so now consider myself in pre- C25k training mode. Might be better to do it when it's dark as well so no one recognises me
Getting there...slowly!
GC : must do better
NSD: very rare
No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.0
