parcelmonkey not refunding money

I have booked many parcels with parcelmonkey in the past and never had a problem. Based on the past experience, I booked a collection through them last month using citylink. Citylink never turned up on the scheduled date. Since then, I have messaged parcelmonkey multiple times to issue a refund but they have been simply ignoring my messages. It is now nearly 3 weeks since I have been chasing them and there has been absolutely no response. Anyone knows the best way I can make them refund my money? I didnt pay via paypal so am unable to to raise a claim with paypal.

I dont need to mention, they have lost all my future business.

Have they asked you how you paid yet? I've had it a couple of times and got my money back but they're not quick. If you paid by credit card then query the transaction.

no, they have not responded to my messages that i placed through their system. Last resort is to call the credit card company i guesss, unless they resolve it this week.

why didn't you ask them to rebook or call citylink before asking for a refund?
