halifax current account application

Hello MSERS

I was wondering if any one could give me any their thoughts. I was looking at apply for a standard halifax current account.

When you apply it asks a numbers of questions to begin before you start completing the application form. The one question is have you ever had a CCJ issued in the last 3 years? I have a 5 year and 3 month old CCJ am I likely to be accepted? :eek::eek:

Other than the CCJ my payment history is perfect on all my other credit accounts.

You can but try I guess, you can honestly answer no to the question so they must obviously consider you.

yup im thinking they may consider me due the nature of the question then.

Ill see if its changed when they have finished updating the systems.

I think this might just be for determining if you're eligable for an overdraft or not

GRRRR it dont ask the questions now they have upgraded there systems. When you apply it looks the same as the lloydsysb account application now.
